Our Story
When UGen started in 2019, it was centered around improving care for patients living with Parkinson's Disease. We knew that if we could create movement centers to help patients with physical therapy and capture the necessary movement data, then recovery would be more objective and providers could more easily understand how patients were progressing.
The outcome was a wearable solution that involved motion sensors giving real-time feedback for movement guidance and correction, allowing patients access to hybrid care, at home and in office. This ultimately fulfilled UGen's mission to provide quality care to patients and keep them active throughout life.
